Angel Panagonov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Dimas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Santiago Sidoro made the kick off in the second half. Janusz Lamczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 53rd minute of the match MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec got a corner. Armilla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angel Panagonov ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Gustaw Faron heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Santiago Sidoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Marek Tyski made a huge save. In the 57th minute of the match Armilla got a corner. MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santiago Sidoro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 60 played minutes Armilla got a freekick which was hit by Nick Reid. Valery Grau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Angel Panagonov hit a great ball. If Santiago Sidoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec booed when Armilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xaverius Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match Angel Panagonov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Froilan Dimas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Froilan Dimas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janusz Lamczyk in the 82nd minute of play. Gustaw Faron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marek Tyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eron Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Froilan Dimas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angel Panagonov went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. If Iwan Cieliczka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Cieliczka in the 96th minute of play forced Armilla's goalkeeper Froilan Dimas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armilla's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
