Cristoforo Iacomini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cristoforo Iacomini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Pantani in the 8th minute of the match. Cristoforo Iacomini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grzegorz Blochowiak went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Emilio Conti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute, Isaltino Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bayern München FC. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Alfredo Antonelli kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Endre Illés got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Bayern München FC.'s Isaltino Moreno got a free kick in the 27th minute. Cristoforo Iacomini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaltino Moreno went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute Grzegorz Blochowiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Iacomini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes Merceron United got a freekick which was hit by Elia Cirelli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Blochowiak in the 48th minute of play forced Merceron United's goalkeeper Cristoforo Iacomini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaltino Moreno to make the kick off. Merceron United's Cristoforo Iacomini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Blochowiak in the 52nd minute of play. Cristoforo Iacomini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lajos Gömöri in the 57th minute of play. Cristoforo Iacomini was a little too slow when Grzegorz Blochowiak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-8. In the 60th match minute, Bayern München FC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Endre Illés to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Grzegorz Blochowiak got free with Cristoforo Iacomini in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Grzegorz Blochowiak took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Cristoforo Iacomini to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Bayern München FC.'s Edoardo Pantani got a free kick in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Alex De Toni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merceron United's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex De Toni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mátyás György breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mátyás György took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Conti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Grzegorz Blochowiak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristoforo Iacomini. That made the score 0-11 in the 78 minute of play. Cristoforo Iacomini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Grzegorz Blochowiak showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 81 minute of play. Bayern München FC.'s Mátyás György played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex De Toni in the 87th minute of play. Isaltino Moreno was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience was convinced that Grzegorz Blochowiak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristoforo Iacomini was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Bayern München FC.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
