The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex De Toni got free with Moreno Gaztelumendi in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elia Cirelli kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Merceron United's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Villarruel came free, but Cristoforo Iacomini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cagua Miranes hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The supporters of Merceron United booed when Hogwarts was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Villarruel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moreno Gaztelumendi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex De Toni in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hogwarts's goalkeeper Moreno Gaztelumendi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristoforo Iacomini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apostolos Mantzourakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alex De Toni came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Merceron United fans jumped to their feet. But to his dismay, Alex De Toni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
