Merceron United's Cristoforo Iacomini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Obdržálek in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Froghino booed when Merceron United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arrigo Di Crescenzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alex De Toni to make the kick off. Eliáš Kotek made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Arrigo Di Crescenzo sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Antonelli hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 55 minutes of play, Froghino's Vendelín Jasanský made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristoforo Iacomini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristoforo Iacomini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vincent Obdržálek went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Emilio Conti charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
