Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Seggiano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustavo Tartalo took the corner. Adrián Espadas made a great header on Soroca F.C.'s corner, it was just that Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 8th minute, Adrián Espadas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soroca F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Soroca F.C. from getting a goal against them. When Zézinho Neiva came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zézinho Neiva couldn't finish the play. Giovanni Falcone had several of the Soroca F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Dan Wennerqvist as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 18th minute, Adrián Espadas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soroca F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 33rd minute of play. Dan Wennerqvist made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Achille Pasinati sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eugenio Colecchia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Venceslao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Seggiano's Giovanni Falcone dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrián Espadas in the 43rd minute of play forced Seggiano's goalkeeper Eugenio Colecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniele Massaro to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Mazzocco. Seggiano made a substitution. Carmine Righi replaced Daniele Massaro. Seggiano's Damiano Benvenuto was substituted for Cesare Del Duca. Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Necula in the 63rd minute of play. Răzvan Necula might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugenio Colecchia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Răzvan Necula ran back to his position shaking his head. Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Necula in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Răzvan Necula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soroca F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 74 minutes into the match, Răzvan Necula notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia. Eugenio Colecchia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Răzvan Necula in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Colecchia saved Seggiano from getting behind. A collision led to Seggiano getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Carmine Righi hit a great ball. Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmine Righi in the 89th minute of the match. Răzvan Necula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 97th minute, Carmine Righi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seggiano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. When the final whistle sounded Soroca F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Seggiano.
