The Old BaoBaB Accademy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiano Violento should have stopped the shot. Emiliano Giusto kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Mauro Bezerra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabiano Violento, 2-0. If Mauro Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Bezerra in the 27th minute of play. Filiberto Paternina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Violento having to interfere. If Mauro Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Antonio Di Luca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Ali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Ali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Junel, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Fabiano Violento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bezerra in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Schuster booed when Old BaoBaB Accademy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Asklöv didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Pittelli came free, but Fabiano Violento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauro Bezerra was the one to do the kick off. When Fiori Macedo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Old BaoBaB Accademy's protests and gave Fiori Macedo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Fiori Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Musko Cuevas came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Schuster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Musko Cuevas couldn't finish the play. Musko Cuevas struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Fabiano Violento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schuster. In the 61st minute Robert Pirès shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Ali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Musko Cuevas came free, but Fabiano Violento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, Schuster's Mauro Bezerra made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabiano Violento was left in no man's land by his defense there! 81 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Bezerra came free, but Fabiano Violento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Violento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bezerra in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Fernando Morientes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabiano Violento. Old BaoBaB Accademy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Morientes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Schuster's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
