The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandre Brasil should have stopped the shot. After 25 minutes of play, A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandre Brasil was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alexandre Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Wos in the 29th minute of play. Dariusz Wos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Alexandre Brasil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho Eger in the 35th minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luizão do Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juninho Eger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Di Carlo to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute Aldo Di Carlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The A.C. Patagonia fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when A.C. Patagonia's Gustav Siöman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Vítor Vieira managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Amerigo Ianni in the 81 minute of the game. A.C. Patagonia were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Szymon Jaszyna took the corner. The corner led to A.C. Patagonia's Ludwig Wassenius getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Alexandre Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Di Carlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute, Gustav Siöman made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Brasil. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0.
