The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 8 minutes, Alexander Bottone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.S. Udinese's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Bottone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Altuğ Yakup who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Alvaro Rotili when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andrés Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Bottone in the 14th minute of the match. Alexander Bottone struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Andrés Casado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.S. Udinese. Andrés Casado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Bottone in the 20th minute of play. Alexander Bottone took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrés Casado. Andrés Casado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivér Bierhoff in the 25th minute of play forced Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aragorn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Clemente was slow to take the kick. During this time A.S. Udinese's players had a chance to rest. In the 33rd match minute, Aragorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Orszak to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Clemente in the 34th minute of play forced Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the game, A.S. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elian Müller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Altuğ Yakup got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elian Müller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alvaro Rotili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrés Casado made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Alexander Bottone sent off a good shot on target. Alvaro Rotili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elian Müller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrés Casado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alexander Bottone showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 71 minute of play. Aragorn made a substitution. Topo Lino replaced Altuğ Yakup. A.S. Udinese made a substitution. Ercole Fiorentino replaced Alexander Bottone. Aragorn's Andrés Casado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Aragorn from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wade Wilson in the 83rd minute of play forced A.S. Udinese's goalkeeper Alvaro Rotili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ercole Fiorentino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrés Casado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. If Ercole Fiorentino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristiano Paolucci struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Andrés Casado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.S. Udinese. The Aragorn fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A.S. Udinese were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
