After some careless play in the Guansa defense, Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteban José Andrada. The Guansa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteban José Andrada should have stopped the shot. Inocencio Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Sandalio in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute Aaron Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Sandalio in the 15th minute of play. Victoriano Dalmu hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Rafaela FC's Nico Veit tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute Aaron Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Veronica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Aaron Sandalio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Veronica was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Octavio Gonzo struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Esteban José Andrada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Sandalio made a kick off. Basilio Guillerme hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rafaela FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. For all the effort they put into the match, the Guansa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rafaela FC.
