Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrihs Linkūns, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. DZINTARS's Pål Bergmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Lekberg in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Lekberg in the 22nd minute of play forced DZINTARS's goalkeeper Pål Bergmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as DZINTARS's Egons Ozollapa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bengt-Arne Askstedt. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. The throw-in from Ingvars Tresters in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Savage Hippo's Orestas Mineikis. 26 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ģirts Ozols. 30 minutes into the match, DZINTARS's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Lekberg came free, but Pål Bergmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, DZINTARS's Bengt-Arne Askstedt threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kārlis Dzintars, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Henrihs Linkūns sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Savage Hippo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Egons Ozollapa was slow to take the kick. During this time DZINTARS's players had a chance to rest. Savage Hippo's attentive Saulius Pilipavičius managed to snatch the ball when Ingvars Tresters made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, DZINTARS's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Lekberg came free, but Pål Bergmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Kim Lekberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pål Bergmann was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 44thth minute of the game Kim Lekberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DZINTARS's Pål Bergmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Ģirts Ozols cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kim Lekberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. DZINTARS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
