After some careless play in the SK Annenieki defense, Ahmet Gündüz Saner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jānis Lielais. The SK Annenieki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jānis Lielais should have stopped the shot. 6 minutes into the match, Vuntsidega Vägimehed's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Vinhas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aivils Aiza. Laur Vanamees received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jānis Lielais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Gündüz Saner in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes SK Annenieki's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Long Chong Shi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Vuntsidega Vägimehed's Long Chong Shi to fire away a dangerous shot which Jānis Lielais despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jānis Lielais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laur Vanamees in the 17th minute of play. Jānis Lielais stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laur Vanamees's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gündüz Saner came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jānis Lielais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Gündüz Saner, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as SK Annenieki's Jāzeps Pics slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luiz Guilherme Vinhas. That made the score 1-1 after 27 minutes of play. Aivils Aiza kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Jānis Lielais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laur Vanamees in the 34th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Gündüz Saner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jānis Lielais was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Gündüz Saner in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jānis Lielais saved SK Annenieki from getting behind. Ahmet Gündüz Saner struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jānis Lielais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vuntsidega Vägimehed. With a little luck, Vuntsidega Vägimehed's Luiz Guilherme Vinhas got control of the ball when Indris Tomass tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jānis Lielais came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Vuntsidega Vägimehed's Ahmet Gündüz Saner. But to his dismay, Ahmet Gündüz Saner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 47 minutes into the match, Vuntsidega Vägimehed's Ahmet Gündüz Saner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jānis Lielais narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Indris Tomass made the kick off in the second half. Luiz Guilherme Vinhas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indris Tomass, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Jānis Lielais was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Ahmet Gündüz Saner capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ahmet Gündüz Saner really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of SK Annenieki booed when Vuntsidega Vägimehed was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zula Jaks didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jānis Lielais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Gündüz Saner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais got control of the ball when Zula Jaks tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute Ahmet Gündüz Saner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jānis Lielais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jāzeps Pics scored 2-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Guilherme Vinhas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bram Stoker in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jānis Lielais saved SK Annenieki from getting behind. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vuntsidega Vägimehed eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
