Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Artūrs Sagalats kicked off to start the match. Kim Lekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jānis Lielais having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kim Lekberg. In the 21st minute, Savage Hippo's Kim Lekberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Kim Lekberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jāzeps Pics took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bengt-Arne Askstedt. Bengt-Arne Askstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Kim Lekberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Saulius Pilipavičius kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match Reinholds Jaunzems shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kim Lekberg to make the kick off. Bengt-Arne Askstedt stood somewhat misplaced when Jāzeps Pics came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 52 minute. In the 55th minute of the match, Indris Tomass tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Indris Tomass in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bengt-Arne Askstedt saved Savage Hippo from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Vilmantas Magdišauskas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Savage Hippo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Kim Lekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jānis Lielais having to interfere. Kim Lekberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 64 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Lekberg came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Kim Lekberg notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais. Jānis Lielais was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vilmantas Magdišauskas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jānis Lielais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Reinholds Jaunzems sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's Kim Lekberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jānis Lielais narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Lekberg in the 76th minute of play forced SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Savage Hippo's Bengt-Arne Askstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Indris Tomass in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinholds Jaunzems in the 83rd minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85thth minute of the game Kim Lekberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Lekberg came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinholds Jaunzems in the 91st minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artūrs Sagalats recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SK Annenieki made a substitution. Santis Krūzītis replaced Renāts Skipors. When Kim Lekberg came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Savage Hippo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kim Lekberg couldn't finish the play. The Savage Hippo players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
