Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pavlos Pantelis kicked off to start the match. The supporters of SYROS21 FC booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. SYROS21 FC's Andreas Pantazos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 5th minute of play. Alan Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavlos Pantelis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. After 10 played minutes SYROS21 FC got a freekick which was hit by Kostas Simos. 12 minutes into the match, Sokratis Kyriazis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 1-0. After 15 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pavlos Pantelis went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. After having played for 22 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Vassilis Makaronas sent off a good shot on target. Pavlos Pantelis took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Paris Koutsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sokratis Kyriazis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sokratis Kyriazis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Axel Tasis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andreas Pantazos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. Thomas Karathanasis succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Pavlos Pantelis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Sokratis Kyriazis succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. 76 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SYROS21 FC the free kick. The referee gave SYROS21 FC a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pavlos Pantelis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. 7-0. If Pavlos Pantelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavlos Pantelis in the 86th minute of play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavlos Pantelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. SYROS21 FC's Giannis Karakotsos suffered a concussion in the 87th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Aaron Alcocer fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Aaron Alcocer a yellow card for diving instead. SYROS21 FC's Giotis Papaggelidis was substituted for Giannis Karakotsos. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Pavlos Pantelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Tasis could shoot a difficult shot in the 98th minute, which Andreas Pantazos however easily saved by the left post. When the referee ended the match the SYROS21 FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
