If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Sertel Adıvar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sertel Adıvar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of the match. Sertel Adıvar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Sertel Adıvar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Poppy FC's Steevy Cheret sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Ling Lin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertel Adıvar having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Poppy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedir Şirvan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52ndth minute of the game Qu Ling Lin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Ling Lin in the 69th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Poppy FC's goalkeeper Sertel Adıvar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sertel Adıvar. The goal made the score 0-4. Sertel Adıvar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 74th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 76th minute. Poppy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 94 minutes into the match, Poppy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Sertel Adıvar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qu Ling Lin in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind.
