Santos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 18th minute of the match. Santos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 19th minute of play. Vilius Gudavičius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingemar Fristedt in the 24th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mariano Lacasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santos Santos was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After 26 minutes Outback Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. 28 minutes into the game, Joakim Trillkott was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Outback Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. A collision led to Outback Fc getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Joakim Trillkott hit a great ball. After 30 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! When %teams%'s Herman Stålberg was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-1 just inside the left pole, 34 minutes into the game. Thiago Pliego was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Outback Fc's Santos Santos. Santos Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Gerardo Pozo hit a great ball. Troels Gutgesel didn't quite understand what happened when in the 41 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 43rd minute, Outback Fc's Ingemar Fristedt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Santos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute Vilius Gudavičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. With a little luck, Outback Fc's Santos Santos got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 68th minute of the match Joakim Trillkott completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Joakim Trillkott a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Outback Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Mariano Lacasa scored to the left of an out of position Santos Santos, making the score, 4-4. 77 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Troels Gutgesel was slow to take the kick. During this time Outback Fc's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Troels Gutgesel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Stålberg in the 82nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Santos made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 4-5 from a short distance just to the right of Santos Santos. 89 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Chile players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
