Dalmo Freire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, EC Fragata's goal looked a bit too open when Özbek Ülgen came free, but Dalmo Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half CLUB ROSE GARDEN were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Atabey Akgöl kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dalmo Freire. That made the score 0-3 in the 51 minute of play. Dalmo Freire was a little too slow when Atabey Akgöl got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-4. After 64 played minutes EC Fragata got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Quirino. Atabey Akgöl made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 65thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Dalmo Freire would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Dalmo Freire was a little too slow when Özbek Ülgen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-5. Dalmo Freire made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atabey Akgöl in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atabey Akgöl got free with Dalmo Freire in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
