Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Federico Alessandro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Alessandro in the 3rd minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Basaldella AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Bianco Doris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bianco Doris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bianco Doris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessandro Ronconi got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Camillo Marinetti, made in the 25th minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Alessandro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Alessandro Ronconi made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 36 minutes of play, Basaldella AFC's Ennio Bertini made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Bertini, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camillo Marinetti got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ennio Bertini. The supporters of Basaldella AFC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Federico Alessandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basaldella AFC made a substitution. Antonio Bottega replaced Federico Alessandro. After 63 played minutes Basaldella AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cosimo Baratta. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Doris having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bianco Doris, 2-2. If Ennio Bertini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Antonio Bottega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute Ennio Bertini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Alessandro Ronconi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Alessandro Ronconi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Basaldella AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Camillo Marinetti hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Ronconi in the 80th minute of play. Tomas Illescas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Venezuela's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. When Antonio Bottega came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Basaldella AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Bottega couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
