Blombacka AIF's Villiam Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. After 39 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. 杨银昂 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 杨银昂, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 杨银昂 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 played minutes Blombacka AIF got a freekick which was hit by Leo Abrahamsson. Håkan Ekrot hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 杨银昂 in the 68th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lokman Tokkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a Blombacka AIF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Blombacka AIF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 杨银昂 struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blombacka AIF.
