Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Usub Saia started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Legion Etrangere got a freekick which was hit by Jens Berggren. After 4 played minutes, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cyryl Chazen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. 5 minutes into the match, Legion Etrangere's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Cyryl Chazen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Legion Etrangere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Virila to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Legion Etrangere's Usub Saia. But to his dismay, Usub Saia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 14th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Johannes Ruus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Usub Saia scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-0. Erni Valing made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Armin Auru. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Usub Saia came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Erni Valing in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cyryl Chazen was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 37 played minutes Legion Etrangere got a freekick which was hit by Priidu Kluge. Legion Etrangere's Cyryl Chazen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 41st minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Usub Saia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 58th minute. When Jens Berggren came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Legion Etrangere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens Berggren couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Legion Etrangere the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Cyryl Chazen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Salvador Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Legion Etrangere made a substitution. Kristofer Gustavson replaced Hardo Laos. Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. Venezuela's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cyryl Chazen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Jens Berggren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens Berggren went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Conrado Virila made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Johannes Ruus. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Cyryl Chazen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cyryl Chazen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 86 minutes Legion Etrangere's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cyryl Chazen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Legion Etrangere booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There was no doubt that Legion Etrangere were the better team. Legion Etrangere's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
