Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andy Hendrickx kicked off to start the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Hendrickx in the 7th minute of play. Finlay Scholes hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Antonio Cempeners sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eddy Huijgens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Blue Beast's Antonio Cempeners got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eddy Huijgens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Blue Beast's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Eddy Huijgens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Hendrickx in the 39th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andy Hendrickx went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Eddy Huijgens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Blue Beast's Eddy Huijgens got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 54th minute. Brain Van den Sande kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blue Beast's goalkeeper Eddy Huijgens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match Tjorven Caspers sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Blue Beast's Antonio Cempeners. But to his dismay, Antonio Cempeners quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Blue Beast's Eddy Huijgens got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Blue Beast's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
