Club Atletico Capurro's Quinto Lamas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Miralles in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. Anaya Paredes charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anaya Paredes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Club Atletico Capurro getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Anaya Paredes hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Furtado Zornoza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

51 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Quinto Lamas, 0-1. 54 minutes into the game, Abraham Alguacil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Quinto Lamas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. Club Atletico Capurro's Pes Bartolomei was substituted for Xamo Renta. In the 61st minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Quinto Lamas. Quinto Lamas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. If Lucas Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th match minute, Club Atletico Capurro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Furtado Zornoza to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Capurro's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quinto Lamas came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. Quinto Lamas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Pes Bartolomei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Capurro's supporters rose to their feet, but Pes Bartolomei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Silva in the 83rd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Club Atletico Capurro getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Julian Kilar hit a great ball. Lucas Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anaya Paredes in the 94th minute of play. Mané Ponce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Panama had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
