The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Taveira got free with Duarte Duarte in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duarte Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Taveira in the 17th minute. 17 minutes into the match, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalkeeper Duarte Duarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Taveira. Francisco Taveira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Duarte Duarte when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paio York in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duarte Duarte saved CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land from getting behind. In the 20th minute Pablo Vegetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leal Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pablo Vegetti got free in front of the goal in the 20th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Leal Simões was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Golo Duarte made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Lencastre in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leal Simões saved Portugal from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquiles Duarte in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leal Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Taveira in the 66th minute of play. Portugal made a substitution. Hermenegildo Ventura replaced Francisco Taveira. Portugal's Filipe Viveiros was substituted for Marcos Monsanto. A sloppy throw-in by Enzo Osório in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Ulisses Duarte.
