In the 18th minute Fernando Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Pabon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Vergaray went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Daniel Pabon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Otsoa's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Daniel Pabon came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Divorciados FC's Fabricio Otsoa. But to his dismay, Fabricio Otsoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Daniel Pabon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Brion, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beat Kellenberger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fernando Brion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Daniel Pabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Fabricio Otsoa took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Daniel Pabon to make any attempt to save it. In the 55th minute, Beat Kellenberger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Divorciados FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. With a little luck, Nutridal FC's Daniel Pabon got control of the ball when Beat Kellenberger tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nutridal FC's Martin Paratorrecilla got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Daniel Pabon was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Fernando Brion capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fernando Brion really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Nutridal FC's Martin Paratorrecilla got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nutridal FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Fernando Brion scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Pabon, making the score, 0-8. A collision led to Nutridal FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mendoza Boiro hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Nutridal FC's goalkeeper Daniel Pabon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beat Kellenberger. Daniel Pabon was a little too slow when Fabricio Otsoa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-9. Fernando Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Pabon having to interfere. Rafael Carrera struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ezequiel Centurión didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nutridal FC. The supporters of Divorciados FC booed when Nutridal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mendoza Boiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xzavion Leys hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Beat Kellenberger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Pabon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Otsoa in the 89th minute of play. Ezequiel Centurión showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Carrera in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Fernando Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Nutridal FC defense, Fabricio Otsoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Pabon. The Nutridal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Pabon should have stopped the shot. The Nutridal FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Divorciados FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
