Jimeno Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Vasco having to interfere. Zula Munko scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rogelio Vasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salomon Ezquerra during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes Pital got a freekick which was hit by Salomon Ezquerra. In the 16th minute Jimeno Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Pital's goal looked a bit too open when Poli Albizua came free, but Rogelio Vasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Los Espinillos FC's Poli Albizua made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogelio Vasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rogelio Vasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Gumaro in the 28th minute of play. Rogelio Vasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poli Albizua in the 29th minute of the match. Fiallos Barranco charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Los Espinillos FC booed when Pital was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fiallos Barranco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zula Munko took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Vasco. Rogelio Vasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 40th minute of the match Los Espinillos FC got a corner. Pital's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudio Barrionuevo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Jimeno Gumaro to score against Rogelio Vasco in Pital's goal. 0-4 after 40 minutes. When Poli Albizua fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Espinillos FC's protests and gave Poli Albizua a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Espinillos FC's Poli Albizua got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute of the match, Victoro Jubera tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcus Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Serafino Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Pital players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Espinillos FC were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Gumaro made a kick off. Rogelio Vasco made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Poli Albizua sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Quilo in the 54th minute of play forced Pital's goalkeeper Rogelio Vasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Victoro Jubera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pital's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoro Jubera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogelio Vasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Gumaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Serafino Quilo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Vasco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Jimeno Gumaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Rogelio Vasco made a huge save. Rogelio Vasco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jimeno Gumaro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 78 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Zula Munko took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Rogelio Vasco to make any attempt to save it. Rogelio Vasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Poli Albizua in the 85th minute. Rogelio Vasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Quilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pital's Xzavier Bedes got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Los Espinillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Eleder. When Urtun Tubia came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Pital fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urtun Tubia couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Jimeno Gumaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Espinillos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Los Espinillos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
