Robert Haupt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Marcus Silva made a huge save. Gilbert Klimkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zula Munko in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Margus Jaanovits hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcus Silva was a little too slow when Robert Haupt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Kõpu Dynamo's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Quilo came free, but Gilbert Klimkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Espinillos FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Kõpu Dynamo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Claudio Barrionuevo took the corner. Robert Haupt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcus Silva firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gilbert Klimkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Munko in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Robert Haupt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Poli Albizua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Klimkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

After a rather tough play, Los Espinillos FC's Claudio Barrionuevo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafino Quilo couldn't finish the play. Serafino Quilo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Gilbert Klimkiewicz made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Jimeno Gumaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilbert Klimkiewicz was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Poli Albizua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
