The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tolis Prinianakis was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Tolis Prinianakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 42nd minute of the match. When Merexildo Raimundo in the 43rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jonathan Ferrant kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Merexildo Raimundo made a kick off. Ödön Grill hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Merexildo Raimundo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, GREEN LIONS's Calisto Flayre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of GREEN LIONS booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Calisto Flayre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GREEN LIONS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.
