Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Igor Lebas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Igor Lebas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 5 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Luis Cazalla. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Lebas in the 7th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Noe came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Colombia's Abram Sarmiento in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. 52 minutes into the match, Igor Lebas notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Igor Lebas might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Lebas ran back to his position shaking his head. Pierluigi Buffon was a little too slow when Santino Seco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 5-4. In the 94th minute, Santino Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-5. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
