Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Granadero10's goalkeeper Alfredinho Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 9 minutes into the game, Granadero10's Tana Rede nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Alfredinho Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Granadero10's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tana Rede in the 16th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Granadero10 were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vítor Antunes took the corner. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tana Rede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredrik Masculier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredinho Cavalcante having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alfredinho Cavalcante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredinho Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play. Fredrik Masculier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After 41 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. A nice corner shot did that Emerson Velasco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Granadero10 got a freekick which was hit by Durval Mendes. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Masculier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tana Rede took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Alfredinho Cavalcante made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Masculier came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Durval Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Emerson Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granadero10's protests and gave Emerson Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. Emerson Velasco hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Emerson Velasco hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-1 in the 87th playminute. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tana Rede went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Granadero10 booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Granadero10 players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
