In the 20th minute Abram Luque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Rocendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luis Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Luis Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Menottielgrande booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 龚铮谦 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Valentino Ferrant threw the ball into play from the sideline. The wind increased when 龚铮谦 made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Vasco in the 52nd minute of the match. 龚铮谦 struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Menottielgrande. If Diego Piola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Călin Filip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Călin Filip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the game, Moises Fernandino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Prudencio Rocendo. Moises Fernandino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Moises Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Moises Fernandino made a precise shot to the right of Prudencio Rocendo. Menottielgrande's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 86thth minute of the game 龚铮谦 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Abram Luque came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Luque couldn't finish the play. The Menottielgrande supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching El Salvador's performance. The match ended with a win for El Salvador.
