Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edward Preston made the kick off which started today's match. Ralf Morcom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute Hector Covarrubias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Beale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Preston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Steve Knott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Jaime Pardo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominic Beale showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 20th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Beale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egg Chasers FC's Dominic Beale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute Paraguay were awarded a corner. Jaime Pardo went to the cornerflag to take it. Dominic Beale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dominic Beale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 32nd minute of play forced Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Dominic Beale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave Paraguay a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jaime Pardo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Egg Chasers FC's Dominic Beale. 0-2. Egg Chasers FC's Dominic Beale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Escribano in the 37th minute of play. Dominic Beale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Diego Tenorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dominic Beale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Pardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Egg Chasers FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paraguay were winning 0-2.

Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Patrick Toovey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Dominic Beale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Pardo. 67 minutes in the game Jose Sanz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hector Covarrubias. 69 minutes into the game, Ivan Prats threw the ball into play from the sideline. Egg Chasers FC's Ralf Morcom quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Patrick Toovey got a free kick in the 71st minute. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Dominic Beale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Covarrubias struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Dominic Beale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Dominic Beale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 79th minute of the match. When Edward Preston fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Egg Chasers FC's protests and gave Edward Preston a yellow card for diving instead. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Beale having to interfere. Egg Chasers FC's Dave Linkletter quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Raul Venegas, made in the 85th minute of the game. 87 minutes in the game Juan Diego Tenorio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hector Covarrubias. Primitivo Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dominic Beale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Jaime Pardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dominic Beale. Jaime Pardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Paraguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Egg Chasers FC.
