Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ali Haydar Sahir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Epifanio Mitxaut scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 1-1. Ali Haydar Sahir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Abdülhak Tanyolaç reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play forced FK Elbistan's goalkeeper Ali Haydar Sahir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Haydar Sahir was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdülhak Tanyolaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Abdülhak Tanyolaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Abdülhak Tanyolaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Haydar Sahir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Gültekin in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Mitxaut in the 65th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Mitxaut in the 69th minute of play. Ali Haydar Sahir made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. FK Elbistan's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cristian Sancho 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-3. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FK Elbistan's Ali Haydar Sahir did a great save.
