Tomas Berganza might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Breyer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 57th minute.
