Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julio Pagomari got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Pagomari. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Pagomari in the 13th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Julio Pagomari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evelio Gauargi hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Ambrosio Vergaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Navarro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The throw-in from Mateo Feliz in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. Mateo Feliz charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Feliz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mateo Feliz kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Julio Pagomari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 38th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute of the match, Ambrosio Vergaray tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 44 minutes into the match, Navarro's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Denislav Kefirov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Camilo Xabier struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Navarro. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Denislav Kefirov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julio Pagomari in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Julio Pagomari sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Pagomari in the 75th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Herauso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
