In the 89th minute, Telis Ntasios made a precise shot to the right of Jax Williamson. Canada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Alexis Alexandris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jax Williamson having to interfere. Canada's Luka Harris managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Charis Leontiou in the 95 minute of the game. José Sá stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Dixon's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, tHe SOnS of rAGnar could leave the field as winners, despite Canada having more of the ball for most of the match.
