Thomas Vollmar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Guerriero in the 11th minute of play forced F. C. Solitario's goalkeeper Tiburcio Ereinotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Vollmar kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Mauricio Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qian Yan in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Thomas Vollmar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Guillelmus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leones Futbol Club's Mauricio Guillelmus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Gaitano in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leones Futbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Astor Cesaro was slow to take the kick. During this time F. C. Solitario's players had a chance to rest. The corner led F. C. Solitario's Astor Cesaro to fire away a dangerous shot which Mauricio Guillelmus despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thomas Vollmar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Mauricio Guillelmus made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernest Legg in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauricio Guillelmus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dennis Andreozzi during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Leones Futbol Club's Dennis Andreozzi got a free kick in the 39th minute. When Ernest Legg came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the F. C. Solitario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernest Legg couldn't finish the play. Tiburcio Ereinotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Berdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Mauricio Guillelmus made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Thomas Vollmar sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lázaro Berdoi was the one to do the kick off. Leones Futbol Club's Mauricio Guillelmus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Gaitano in the 52nd minute of play. Lázaro Berdoi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Tiburcio Ereinotz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 54th minute Leones Futbol Club were awarded a corner. Dennis Andreozzi went to the cornerflag to take it. Leones Futbol Club's Dennis Andreozzi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tiburcio Ereinotz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Celso Gaitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, F. C. Solitario's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Berdoi came free, but Tiburcio Ereinotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Dennis Andreozzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leones Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Andreozzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Ereinotz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, F. C. Mauricio Guillelmus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Legg in the 95th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
