Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Iruinea having to interfere. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 47 minutes into the match, DirectorVisual.com's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Mauro Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Mauro Iruinea was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Lautaro Mancebo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lautaro Mancebo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 93rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. After 94 minutes of play, DirectorVisual.com's Federico Urtats made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. DirectorVisual.com were victorious despite being under pressure from Mexico for much of the match.
