Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Zhidelyay's Alfredas Nenortas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Orlando Tafalla hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, Þórlaugur Vignisson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Colombia's Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilijus Tarvydas in the 12th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilijus Tarvydas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Audrius Rekašius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 19th minute of play forced Zhidelyay's goalkeeper Drąsutis Navickas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Virgilijus Tarvydas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Þórlaugur Vignisson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zhidelyay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. Drąsutis Navickas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Þórlaugur Vignisson. Drąsutis Navickas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Zhidelyay's Jullian Elens made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abram Sarmiento got in the 55th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Drąsutis Navickas handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zhidelyay's goalkeeper Drąsutis Navickas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Glyn Caine in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. After having played for 60 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zhidelyay's Jim Söderqvist was substituted for Glyn Caine. Zhidelyay's Agatas Dambauskas was substituted for Audrius Rekašius. Zhidelyay's Petras Bračas was substituted for Jullian Elens. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilijus Tarvydas in the 71st minute of play. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Drąsutis Navickas in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilijus Tarvydas, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Abram Secada made a precise shot to the right of Drąsutis Navickas. Zhidelyay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Drąsutis Navickas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 85th minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, Colombia's Ignacio Mastache made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Drąsutis Navickas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Zhidelyay's zone, Abram Secada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Drąsutis Navickas came out of the goal and Abram Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zhidelyay fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
