Mateo Llorienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Levent Hicran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Levent Hicran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dinu Dobre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Llorienzo having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Levent Hicran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A well done corner resulted in Vasco Bento drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Merengue FC's goalkeeper. Rogério Mitovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Jago in the 29th minute of play. After 32 minutes, Albino Dimas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Merengue FC and the San Mauro A Mare FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Merengue FC's Albino Dimas got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Levent Hicran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Merengue FC's Domingo Jago got a free kick in the 36th minute. Mateo Llorienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Dobre in the 39th minute of play. Marcus Hastings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateo Llorienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Levent Hicran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merengue FC's goalkeeper Mateo Llorienzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. San Mauro A Mare FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabinho Bastos in the 48th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Francesco Cremonese advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-2 in the 48th minute.

In the last second Mateo Llorienzo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Levent Hicran in the 54thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 60 minutes into the match, Levent Hicran dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mateo Llorienzo, 0-3. Levent Hicran struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Mateo Llorienzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Mauro A Mare FC. Mateo Llorienzo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by San Mauro A Mare FC's Levent Hicran. But to his dismay, Levent Hicran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. San Mauro A Mare FC made a substitution. Mario Jardeløv replaced Levent Hicran. Merengue FC made a substitution. Everardo Nerio replaced Raimundo Gonsalvo. In the 73rd minute, Mario Jardeløv left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Mauro A Mare FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Mario Jardeløv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Jardeløv in the 77th minute of play forced Merengue FC's goalkeeper Mateo Llorienzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, San Mauro A Mare FC's Mario Jardeløv nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateo Llorienzo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Jardeløv in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Llorienzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mateo Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Jardeløv in the 83rd minute of the match. After 86 played minutes Merengue FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Frances. Mateo Llorienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Jardeløv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albino Dimas hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Mateo Llorienzo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Jardeløv went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. San Mauro A Mare FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
