Toronto United's Kauã Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Cobian in the 12th minute of play. Lou Walker got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 16th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. In the 19th minute of the match, Lou Walker tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Xavion Ponga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 19 minutes into the match, Lou Walker dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xavion Ponga, 1-0. A collision led to Toronto United getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Lou Walker hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, Pxnda SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Tebe to maneuver through the defense. With 23 minutes on the clock, Maximiliano Leyte commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 24 played minutes Pxnda SC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Leyte. After some careless play in the Pxnda SC defense, Lou Walker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xavion Ponga. The Pxnda SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavion Ponga should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute, Güngör Yüce made a precise shot to the right of Xavion Ponga. Pxnda SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After having played for 37 minutes, Eugenio Cobian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pxnda SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Cobian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kauã Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoel Galarza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kauã Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoel Galarza in the 44th minute of play. Xavion Ponga came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Toronto United's Rodolfo Eleazar. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Eleazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Lou Walker made the kick off in the second half. Xavion Ponga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lou Walker in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52ndth minute of the game Lou Walker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pxnda SC's Xavion Ponga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute, Abraham Fitzgerald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toronto United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 69 minutes into the game, Toronto United's Rodolfo Eleazar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xavion Ponga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Xavion Ponga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Fitzgerald went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 85th match minute, Pxnda SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Tebe to maneuver through the defense. Xavion Ponga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Fitzgerald, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Pxnda SC defense, Rodolfo Eleazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xavion Ponga. The Pxnda SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavion Ponga should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute, Urdin Palmadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Güngör Yüce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toronto United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0.
