Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Jacindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 16th minute of play forced Bochin club La Palmera's goalkeeper Dario Jacindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Jacindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Jacindo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 26thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bochin club La Palmera's Dario Jacindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Bánk Szigethy made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Erubiel Oihenarte made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benicio Eate. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Jacindo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Dario Jacindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dario Jacindo. Bochin club La Palmera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 41st minute Milagros Fraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Jacindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Jacindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of the match. Dario Jacindo was a little too slow when Eliseo Mina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-5. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Erubiel Oihenarte made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Bochin club La Palmera's Dario Jacindo. Dario Jacindo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. The throw-in from Ciriaco Fernanco in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rafael Gallo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Xalbador Vigalondo came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
