PATO BRANCO FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to PATO BRANCO FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Valle hit a great ball. Tiaguinho Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lamine Xande in the 19th minute of the match. New Joinville - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after PATO BRANCO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Válbson Schmidt took the corner. Válbson Schmidt made a great header on New Joinville - FSCMZ's corner, it was just that PATO BRANCO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani managed to reach the ball for a save. 23 minutes into the game, Lamine Xande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tiaguinho Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. PATO BRANCO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the game, one of PATO BRANCO FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tiaguinho Pirani went to the wrong direction when Válbson Schmidt was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a rather tough play, PATO BRANCO FC's Matheus Perez got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The audience was convinced that Lamine Xande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiaguinho Pirani was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. 35 minutes into the game, Válbson Schmidt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Tiaguinho Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Eduardo Valle got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lamine Xande in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiaguinho Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 42 minutes into the game, Lamine Xande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Tiaguinho Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lamine Xande stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Lamine Xande was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of New Joinville - FSCMZ booed when PATO BRANCO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. The shot was stopped by Tiaguinho Pirani but with some difficulty. With splendid footwork Lamine Xande arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-8 by the left pole in the game's 58th minute. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Guilherme Tavares was substituted for Emílio Martins. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Glauco Correia was substituted for Sidney de Queirós. New Joinville - FSCMZ made a substitution. Robinho de Souza replaced Xande Musiala. Charles Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 0-12 when Robinho de Souza sped through PATO BRANCO FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani. With a little luck, PATO BRANCO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani got control of the ball when Robinho de Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiaguinho Pirani stood somewhat misplaced when Robinho de Souza came free in front of goal and shot 0-13 to the left of him in the 93 minute. When the match was over New Joinville - FSCMZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PATO BRANCO FC throughout the match.
