In the 7th minute Vivaldo Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dênis Gomes got free with Tiaguinho Pirani in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by PATO BRANCO FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dudu Neļķis was slow to take the kick. During this time TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's players had a chance to rest. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Dudu Neļķis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tiaguinho Pirani in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Vivaldo Pitta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tiaguinho Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after PATO BRANCO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dudu Neļķis took the corner. 19 minutes into the match, Elói Nogueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani. PATO BRANCO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elói Nogueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Vivaldo Pitta got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th match minute, PATO BRANCO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matheus Perez to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Sem Do got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elói Nogueira in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiaguinho Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute Vivaldo Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, PATO BRANCO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vivaldo Pitta came free, but Tiaguinho Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, PATO BRANCO FC's Matheus Perez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luisão Simões made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elói Nogueira to make the kick off. Tiaguinho Pirani came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Elói Nogueira. But to his dismay, Elói Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. When Elói Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elói Nogueira couldn't finish the play. Vivaldo Pitta struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Tiaguinho Pirani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG. 65 minutes into the match, Bruno da Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani. PATO BRANCO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno da Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. The supporters of TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG booed when PATO BRANCO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiaguinho Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elói Nogueira in the 69th minute of play. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Vivaldo Pitta sped through PATO BRANCO FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani. 87 minutes into the match, PATO BRANCO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno da Costa came free, but Tiaguinho Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiaguinho Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivaldo Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Tiaguinho Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno da Costa in the 95th minute of the match. Tiaguinho Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elói Nogueira in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG were the better team. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
