Evaristo Siqueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 16 played minutes, Qjos MiLLano's Adolfo Vidal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Evaristo Siqueira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Qjos MiLLano reached it. Caio Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã Rossi in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Hélder Prestes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 25th match minute, Qjos MiLLano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. Floripa Lions FSCMZ were furious when Hélder Prestes was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 32nd minute, Hélder Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, André Munhoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evaristo Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Floripa Lions FSCMZ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ediberto Recife hit a great ball. The tension between the Floripa Lions FSCMZ and the Qjos MiLLano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes Floripa Lions FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo do Nascimento. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wellington Bezerra made a kick off. Wellington Bezerra hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sidnei Gerber got free with Evaristo Siqueira in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sidnei Gerber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Evaristo Siqueira made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Henrique da Cunha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Evaristo Siqueira. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Floripa Lions FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Bezerra came free, but Evaristo Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caio Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Eduardo do Nascimento in the 70th minute of the match. Mathias Gaúcho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caio Ferreira having to make a save. In the 78th match minute, Floripa Lions FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomás Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ediberto Recife during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The shot was stopped by Evaristo Siqueira but with some difficulty. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Qjos MiLLano walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
