Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Charles Sena started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, RIBEIRÃO FC's Andrézinho Mota got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Tiaguinho Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Guimarães in the 3rd minute of play. Raúl Guimarães took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiaguinho Pirani. Tiaguinho Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 9th minute Luciano Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Floripa Lions FSCMZ's André Luiz Proença got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Luciano Batista notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani. Tiaguinho Pirani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tiaguinho Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Floripa Lions FSCMZ's Natã Rossi got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Evaristo Siqueira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Floripa Lions FSCMZ's André Luiz Proença pulled a muscle in his leg after 23 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Luís Eduardo Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Eduardo Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Floripa Lions FSCMZ made a substitution. Luís Eduardo do Nascimento replaced André Luiz Proença. Luís Eduardo Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Floripa Lions FSCMZ's Raúl Guimarães tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Batista in the 29th minute of play. Evaristo Siqueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raúl Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Pirani having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in RIBEIRÃO FC's zone, Luciano Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiaguinho Pirani came out of the goal and Luciano Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natã Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raúl Guimarães scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute Luciano Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Batista made a kick off. RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raúl Guimarães in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Luciano Batista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floripa Lions FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save RIBEIRÃO FC from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute, Floripa Lions FSCMZ's Luciano Batista dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Luciano Batista's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Tiaguinho Pirani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luciano Batista in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of RIBEIRÃO FC booed when Floripa Lions FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiaguinho Pirani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Batista in the 71st minute. In the 77th minute, Luciano Batista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floripa Lions FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Luciano Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Tiaguinho Pirani made a huge save. Tiaguinho Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natã Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save RIBEIRÃO FC from getting a goal against them.
