RIBEIRÃO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Gigi Câmpeanu scored to the left of an out of position Hílton Eger, making the score, 1-0. In the 10th minute of the match Cristian Casian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hílton Eger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fernando Simão charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Simão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fernando Simão kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. RIBEIRÃO FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gigi Câmpeanu 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 17 minutes into the match, Gigi Câmpeanu notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of RIBEIRÃO FC's Hílton Eger. Hílton Eger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emanuel Finteșteanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Hílton Eger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tiaguinho Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, RIBEIRÃO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Bărbânță came free, but Hílton Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hílton Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Bărbânță, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alin Agud got free with Hílton Eger in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Matheus Perez made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes RIBEIRÃO FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Bezerra. Hílton Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Odobescu in the 54th minute of the match. Gigi Câmpeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hílton Eger having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Tudor Bărbânță made a precise shot to the right of Hílton Eger. RIBEIRÃO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Gigi Câmpeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hílton Eger having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Simão in the 68th minute of play forced FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Iulian Bucurescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute RIBEIRÃO FC were awarded a corner. Maicon Costa went to the cornerflag to take it. Arnaldo Bezerra was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 72nd minute, Tudor Bărbânță left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC UNIREA Alba Iulia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Gigi Câmpeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hílton Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matheus Perez in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iulian Bucurescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hílton Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Bărbânță, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Gigi Câmpeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigi Câmpeanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hílton Eger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to RIBEIRÃO FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Matheus Perez hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia had won after a very even match.
