Cristinel Cioculescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ✠Xavier Vasco FC - FDFDF✠'s Cristinel Cioculescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 15th minute of play. When Colombia's Axel Montenegro in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 27th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Cioculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Santino Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristinel Cioculescu was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristinel Cioculescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristinel Cioculescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. Colombia's Axel Montenegro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luizão Van Dijk, made in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 53rd minute Ignacio Esparza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 梅辰城, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Ignacio Esparza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Ignacio Esparza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristinel Cioculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 62nd minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Esparza went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Jano Queiroz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Pascual Carballar in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristinel Cioculescu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Ignacio Mastache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Giuseppe Leite made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Kevin Mastache could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Cristinel Cioculescu made a huge save. In the 87th minute, Giuseppe Leite left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ✠Xavier Vasco FC - FDFDF✠ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Cristinel Cioculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Secada in the 90th minute of play. Cristinel Cioculescu made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Ignacio Mastache sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Giuseppe Leite kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in ✠Xavier Vasco FC - FDFDF✠'s zone, Abram Secada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristinel Cioculescu came out of the goal and Abram Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ✠Xavier Vasco FC - FDFDF✠ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colombia for a fine match.
