Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, 福建福州王者红狼队's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Ziemowit Klejnowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes 福建福州王者红狼队 got a freekick which was hit by 沈诚风. In the 81st minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. 福建福州王者红狼队's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 福建福州王者红狼队's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cristian Sancho 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Ziemowit Klejnowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 87th minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Despite this Ziemowit Klejnowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ziemowit Klejnowski came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ziemowit Klejnowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 福建福州王者红狼队.
