Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulino Mitxaut having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 11th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. Celso Cedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Qwinton Urtubia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Mario Asur's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Asur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Mario Asur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Smash FC's Paulino Mitxaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Viviano in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th play minute Qwinton Urtubia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Qwinton Urtubia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 3-0. After 32 minutes of play, Smash FC's Qwinton Urtubia made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Smash FC's Paulino Mitxaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 35th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Salvador Gisbert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Paulino Mitxaut quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 37th minute, Denis Viviano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Viviano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Denis Viviano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Viviano to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Fivos Martinakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Smash FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fivos Martinakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Denis Viviano scored 7-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Viviano in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Celso Cedro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Smash FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Tomas Illescas in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulino Mitxaut, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 69 minutes in the game, Tomas Illescas dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Viviano came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Cedro made a great header on Smash FC's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qwinton Urtubia in the 78th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulino Mitxaut read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute Fivos Martinakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Paulino Mitxaut in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Smash FC's Fivos Martinakis got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Viviano in the 93rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Viviano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Smash FC fully deserved thier win.
