The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AA Bełchatów's Leonard Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabinho Bittencourt in the 6th minute of play. Eurico Galvão made in the 8th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Fabinho Bittencourt. Leonard Rosen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauã Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Retumbante FC's Apat Reina got control of the ball when Vitinho de Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Apat Reina made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Vitinho de Barros sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho de Barros in the 20th minute of play forced Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, AA Bełchatów's Ludomil Frankowski got a free kick in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the Retumbante FC defense, Vitinho de Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apat Reina. The Retumbante FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apat Reina should have stopped the shot. Kauã Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitinho de Barros. AA Bełchatów's Isaac Ignazio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Apat Reina in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Apat Reina made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Vitinho de Barros sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitinho de Barros got free with Apat Reina in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Eurico Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Vitinho de Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitinho de Barros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Vitinho de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apat Reina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apat Reina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Basaik in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho de Barros in the 57th minute of play forced Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kauã Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Leonard Rosen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonard Rosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Bittencourt in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Retumbante FC were awarded a corner. Kauã Mandrak went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 69th match minute, AA Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Motowski to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, AA Bełchatów's Leonard Rosen got control of the ball when Fabinho Bittencourt tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot by Décio Antonio from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Leonard Rosen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 81 minutes into the match, Vitinho de Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apat Reina. Retumbante FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vitinho de Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Vitinho de Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Apat Reina was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After 86 played minutes, Retumbante FC's Kauã Mandrak shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonard Rosen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Retumbante FC reached it. AA Bełchatów's Mariusz Basaik managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Frank Gonçalves in the 89 minute of the game. Eurico Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When Vitinho de Barros came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the AA Bełchatów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitinho de Barros couldn't finish the play.
