With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristobal Goito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Adjat Inzaghi came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Putra Rewulu getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Tiburcio Ledesma hit a great ball. Hauk Hareide who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Adrianus Tambunan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cristobal Goito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Onur Ali Tulun, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. It was a well-played corner which Onur Ali Tulun managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onur Ali Tulun in the 31st minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Putra Rewulu's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Bazkoare came free, but Adrianus Tambunan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Panțuru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristobal Goito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Cristobal Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onur Ali Tulun in the 48th minute of play.

Carabata Groove's Alberto-Federico Acosta was substituted for Hauk Hareide. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adjat Inzaghi to strike the kick off in the second half. Putra Rewulu's Adrianus Tambunan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Opilano in the 53rd minute of play. The corner led Carabata Groove's Gustaw Ludzia to fire away a dangerous shot which Adrianus Tambunan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Ludzia in the 59th minute of play forced Putra Rewulu's goalkeeper Adrianus Tambunan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Putra Rewulu's goalkeeper Adrianus Tambunan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes into the game, Filip Panțuru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Putra Rewulu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carabata Groove the free kick. A collision led to Putra Rewulu getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Filip Panțuru hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Putra Rewulu's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto-Federico Acosta came free, but Adrianus Tambunan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Putra Rewulu got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Ledesma. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuriana Limbong in the 73rd minute of play forced Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito got control of the ball when Nuriana Limbong tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Putra Rewulu's zone, Alberto-Federico Acosta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrianus Tambunan came out of the goal and Alberto-Federico Acosta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute Alberto-Federico Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianus Tambunan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Danilo Ignado fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Putra Rewulu's protests and gave Danilo Ignado a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Putra Rewulu getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Danilo Ignado hit a great ball. In the 84th minute Nemesio Opilano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianus Tambunan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrianus Tambunan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Möller in the 96th minute of the match.
